Also requires those who wish to leave our great nation undergo an invasive secuirty check to ensure they are not spies or secret agents snuck in by foreign governments. Also allows us to check for filthy anarchists and domestic terrorists. |

Old value:: The Government grants full diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are protected from arrests and prosecution from all laws and are protected from civil lawsuits, but may be expelled.
Current: Diplomats are exempt from prosecution for criminal acts but not from civil lawsuits, but may still be expelled because of criminal acts.
Proposed: The government grants no diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are subject to arrest and prosecution and civil action under all laws of the host nation.
