MessageMr. Speaker,

I am proud to introduce the Selucia-Vorona Partnership Agreement Treaty to the floor of the Parliament. This treaty is different from the first treaty, and any conflicting articles have been removed to ensure the sovereignty of Vorona remains constant and that both our nations benefit immensely from the provisions in this treaty. Not only does this give Vorona another partner on the global stage, but it also helps our businesses and our military. Trade agreements and joint military exercises are included in this treaty, and I strongly believe both will be beneficial. An embassy and consulates will also be built for each nation in the other nation's capital and cities. This will allow greater protection for Voronans abroad and will allow the greatest protection and service lest anything occur during their trip to Selucia. I hope members will vote for the treaty.
