Message | Mr. Speaker. Minorities are not equal to majorities in the strictest sens of the term, yeah, they are equal in the eye of the law, but not on hiring policies, those with a french name get discriminated only because they have a french name. Those with a name that look Hosians get discriminated on that basis, but they are not even hosian, that is just some personnal judgement. Victoria Shadowlight |

Message | Mr Speaker, We support this but it must include all minorities. It cannot be defined as just religious or ethnic minorities. ------ Party Leader Frederick Kingsley |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The notion of "race" to divide citizens has become obsolete in Lodamun, unlike other countries. We are one people. Why do we need this? Why does the EPLLCP continuously propose solutions to imaginary problems? -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Minister of Trade & Industry, Vice President of Lodamun |

Message | Mr. Speaker, minorities are not limited to race, they also include male in majority female profession and female in majority male profession. Victoria Shadowlight |

Message | Mr. Speaker, A majority of Lodamun already sees all genders as equal. We find it hilarious that Victoria Shadowlight brings up the topic of one gender in a profession supposedly intended for another gender, when the EPLLCP was the party that wanted to limit what roles a female could play in the military. Lodamun is already an egalitarian society. Creating artificial divisions, through things like this bill, is the only thing that will change that. -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Minister of Trade & Industry, Vice President of Lodamun |

Message | Mr. Speaker. People who have name that could hosian or that look like hosian are discriminated against, while the employers as no proof of being in face of an hosian other the name. We must outlaw discrimination, We put a bill that said men should do dangerous work, not to exclude women from the military. Victoria Shadowlight |

Message | Mr. Speaker, If we had religious ID cards, we would rely on those instead of assumptions. I don't know how someone can "look Hosian" anyway, so this sounds like another thing that is made up by an MP's imagination. We did not say that the EPLLCP tried to exclude women from the military. We said that "the EPLLCP was the party that wanted to limit what roles a female could play in the military" and our statement is true. -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Minister of Trade & Industry, Vice President of Lodamun |
Date | 20:46:01, December 02, 2014 CET | From | Grand Nationalist Fraction | To | Debating the Positive Discrimination |
Message | Mrs. Speaker, a lot of members of my party have Ikradonian names. Do we get discriminated because of that? Within our party and families, we still use the language of our ancestors. Do we get discriminated for doing so? No, because we are Lodamese citizens. Marijke Clerck Minister of Education and Culture |

Random quote: "The Revolution needs to progress. We as humans need to evolve into higher beings through better moral virtues. And we can achieve that if we clean ourselves from the immoral. Those who go against the Revolution, go against human progress and must be freed in the most humane way possible. That is why we introduced the guillotine." - Maximus Robertson, former Davostani revolutionary |
