Bill: Anti-Syndicate Background Checks

Details

Submitted by[?]: National Socialist Fatherland Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 3768

Description[?]:

We propose that background checks on all members and donators of the national political parties should take place to check for crime syndicate connections and that all results should be reported to the Presidium and to the general public. We propose that any member of a political party or the Presidium, cabinet or executive that are a member of a crime syndicate be forced to resign.

This shall be undertaken by a temporal committee, the Committee On Organised Crime Syndicates (COSCS), composed of 20 members from each national political party and 160 elected members.

We estimate that such an operation could take between 12 and 24 months.

It should have a maximum time limit of 48 months.

All members of the committee shall have to disclose income and expenses.

but the correct name for crime syndicate is Mafia. and Mafias are illegal now thanks to the EPLLCP.

Tania Landau, official opposition leader.

Mr. Speaker.

I say the EPLLCP is a crime syndicate, because, I say we should be expulsed from the nation, Lodamun is evil, a party who cares about human rights and life has no place in a totalitarian state

I am insult by my own party member speaking lies on the EPLLCP just because he is not leader, the only thing Marnady love is power, power, power, power, power and more power, for more power.
I am sorry, But I wish he shut up.

MessageMr. Speaker,

since the Police High Command is composed of members of political parties, we are not sure that this Command should be in charge of such an operation. Maybe an independant committee can be established. We believe that there would be too much room for personal vengeance if the Police High Command would be in charge.
To react at Mrs. Landau's statement: the EPLLCP is free to quit politics, but my party, being a democratic party, will not support an expulsion of this political party.

MessageMr. Speaker,

if the details of formation of the committee are given, such as who gets how many seats and based on what quota, we might consider that. We would also like an estimated time of duration of such operation and a maximum amount of time declared in the resolution description.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We already have parliamentary privilege and things like that. This bill will create a lot of complications in how things are done. Even if we start an independent commission, we can't be certain that the members of such a commission won't be corrupt. Who will appoint the commission anyway? It will be MPs, and MPs can be corrupt according to this bill.

We should encourage transparency, force MPs to publicise their income and expenses, and then leave everything to democracy. Let things run as usual.

Members of the presidiu have all their expense paid by the states, the spending can done by public by executive orders of the government.

MessageMr. Speaker,

some of my partymembers are founder or member of the board of directors of certain companies. The founders themselves have invested a lot of money and have taken a great risk. They still receive money from those companies as a compensation for the investment. We hope this will be taken under consideration when checking the background.

These are primarily to determine if the national crime syndicates have influence on national politics and if so, to what levels.

The EPLLCP collect no money from private source, we have no need, we simply run all organisation or different basis, some are run on profit in order to pay free tuition the evil universities seek to offer, but the money never quit the organisation of evil, and does not enter the EPLLCP electoral campaign

Tania Landau cannot possibly expect us to believe that the marketing done by the "Organisation of Evil" has absolutely no impact on the popularity of the EPLLCP when the EPLLCP has the name "Evil" in it just like its private sector partners.

the LNC treasurer has contacted each and everyone of the MP's of our party, and he is declared that all of them are willing to hand in their books and discuss their finances to a body that is charged with investigating fraud and donations. He has even declared to step down and resign if one of the MP's is caught with fraud.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I am worried about the money in the EPLLCP' while I believe we can use it for good cause, I am worried about the risk our party run, we have a very loose party, we would not be surprised to see corruption or members at the sold of the mafia for some reason,

I approve the resolution on a personnal reason,

When I hear this new, http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=57&p=79526#p79526, I am very scared for my party, I answer to mr. Fertig, the current party have no intention to have privatly paid expenses, but we still run risk of corruption. one must be realist.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I say no. The bill has good intentions but it doesn't have my support yet. It is still confusing.

It's not the members of this committee who we should be worried about regarding parliamentary privilege and such. What we were saying is that this resolution itself could not be put into effect once passed, because of existing laws that complicate it.

Also, it cannot supercede those laws. This resolution is below other laws that were passed. Those other laws are superior to this one. We ask that the NCU make a resolution that is in compliance with our law, not one that requires our laws to make exceptions and complications.

MessageMr. Speaker,

My party will abstain. Many details have not been discussed, like the composition of the body. Why 20 members from each party? Why an arbitrary and high number? Why 20 instead of 10, or even 5? Does the number even matter when all parties will have the same number? Who will the 160 "elected members" be? Any 160 members of the Presidium?

I suggested to have this done by the Police High Command. The LNC was against that proposal because the Police High Command is composed of party members. This proposed committee is composed of party members as well. What is the difference? We still don't see the need for this. It is not an independent committee, considering that all its members will be political.

We are not convinced that this, the formation of an entirely new body, is necessary.
