Bill: The Goddess Bill 3770

Details

Submitted by[?]: Geraja Janata Parishad

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 3771

Description[?]:

The GJP like all Geraja considers women to be goddesses walking in our midst. In order to respect the divine status of females we institute a number of policies concerned with the protection of women and the promotion of feminine values.

The GJP considers military service to be below women, and seeks to protect them from this degrading work. We also aim to protect mothers from overwork and so limit female work to part-time roles in order that a lady's other roles in life may flourish. We will protect women from objectification in the media by limiting the times at which sexual content may be broadcast. Finally, we wish to abolish restrictions over freedom of religious expression so that women may dress appropriately and according to religious custom in their day to day life.
