Message | OOC: I agree with what the SLP said there too. It's still relevant now because the NCU likes to rush things, claim that it was "an accident" - and most times there is no detailed discussion of how the bill will be implemented, so we get low-quality RP in the future when noting is defined and every player has a different interpretation of what exists. Of course there didn't need to be such a discussion on this specific bill, and I don't mind this one being rushed since it's only one article and the article doesn't need to be further defined, but really... the NCU guy plays at the inconvenience of others. |
