Individual point of view is essential in art and history, not only for people to see events from different perspectives but also to allow different people from different classes to express themselves and to have a say. If government subsides art and museums and libraries what people will learn from art and history is what the government wants them to learn. People will be afraid to stand aggainst the government fearing they will loose subsides and space in their territory, so what we´ll be left is what the government wants the population to see and learn, thats also called manipulatuon. |

Old value:: The government subsidises artistic institutions such as art schools and galleries, but does not subsidise individual artists.
Current: The government only subisdises art that is religious in nature.
Proposed: The government never subsidises or commissions art.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy towards the funding of libraries.
Old value:: The national government controls a vast and comprehensive system of public libraries.
Current: Funding and operation of libraries is left entirely to local governments.
Proposed: Books may only be obtained through private dealers.
Article 3

Old value:: The national government provides local governments with the funding to operate museums.
Current: The government leaves funding and operation of museums to local governments.
Proposed: The government does not fund or manage museums. This is left to the private sector.
