We must do everything to protect life and dignity of people and believe that punishment for crime may include deprivation of liberty but must not include deprivation of life nor dignity. We think that if we give away someone to country that practice capital punishment or cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects, we are participating in this too. Therefore, we must forbid extradition to such countries. |
