| WHEREAS - The Federal Republic of Likatonia recognizes the danger and instability of the world we live in - The Federal Republic of Likatonia affirms the need to protect its citizens at all times - The Federal Republic of Likatonia pledges to offer security at home and abroad THEREFORE SECTION I. 1. This bill may be referred to as the 'Proper Defense Act' or 'PDA Act'. SECTION II. 2. Likatonia will hereby maintain a full time professional army, navy and air force at maximum levels at all times. SECTION III. 3. Under the authority of Celvedis, this Act will be instituted *immediately* and will not need legislature passage. However should it fail in legislature, it will be reversed. |
