| Message | This means that only medicinal use of cannabis is legal. Local governments decide on their attitude concerning general use of cannabis. This way there will be some governments decriminalizing use of cannabis for personal usage and others banning use of cannabis at home. Since libertarians try to leave most of the decisions at the community level, this is the best stance toward the issue. |
