| Speaker, As this bill is our first bill in the presidium,we like to call it ACT 1.Here we like to analyse how much frictional is the nation's current legislature to our ideologies.And i thanks officially to all the members in presidium for giving my party a chance to be represented in the country for its development.I hopes everyone will cooperate for this goal.And also in advance,if you find any mistake in our action,we are ready to compromise and will forgive for such actions.Once again thanking you, may i introduce this socialist bill.
