| Message | Who is qualified as low income? And who decides the qualifications? It's much easier this way, so no-one who really need it gets discqualified. For instance someone who have a relatively medium income but with alot of loans have less actual capital than someone with a relatively low income without loans. And what about a middle-class couple with 4 kids compared to a low income couple without kids? |

And further, we believe that the SPP can't draw data about loans out of thin air (OOC: If there was indeed data about loans, then it'd be more practical. However, the limits of patriarchy don't offer us that detailed of economic information). All workers are paid wages determined as "living wages" and well over and above the poverty line. A wage reform passed by President Fuwan in his first term. |
