| Mr.Speaker, With Zardugal preparing an attack we propose our own war act. Article 1 All infantry, Navy, and Airfoce divisions not currently in battle are to be used against Zardugal. Article 2 The President and Defense Minister are in charge of the military actions Article 3 All attacks must be approved by the President(unless ordered by the Defense Minister) Article 4 The congress is responsible for any recruitment |
