Description[?]:

President Waters is releasing ROUGH DRAFT proposal to increase the current taxes on corporations from 15% to 17%.

He is also proposing to increase the luxury sales tax to 8% from it's current level of 6%.

This to increase revenue to help pay for investments for Technology, Trade and other areas. The President wishes to look at the income tax code but wishes to wait to consult with future cabinet members.
