| Mr.Speaker, This bill will help us to create better colleges in the country. Article 1 Opens up 2 new colleges in The Free city of Godwin, 1 in Signor, and 4 in Olilide. This will cost exactly 4,500,000 Del Article 2 Will increase teacher salary from 11 Del per hour(Minimum Wage) to 21 Del per hour. Article 3 Creates 2 state run Colleges both in Godwinchester The total cost of the bill is 12,000,000 DNT which is cheaper then the VCP education plan, and this will give money to colleges that actually need it. | Message | To all members of the Congress, This act is illegal because non-members of Congress are not supposed to be on the floor of the Congress during session in the first place. Also, they are not allowed to propose bills. Only members of Congress may do so. Let me also say that Vorona already has colleges. The Voronan government funds state-owned universities and colleges through the Ministry of Education and Culture. The Vorenus University Endowment Resolution of 3777 is an ENDOWMENT RESOLUTION: a piece of legislation to guarantee additional government funding specified towards research and tuition assistance for low-income students.
