Description[?]:

OOC: This bill has passed, I just forgot to make it visible for everybody back then. So yeah.. You gotta play the rules in this bill! ;)

I. Every proposal proposed by a governing party member is considered a 'Coalition Vote'.

II. A Coalition Vote can be asked only for proposals where that party holds the ministry. For example, if your party holds the Ministry of Education, it can call for a Coalition Vote only on education proposals. This would increase the importance of choosing and agreeing to Cabinet positions.

III. If you vote no to a Coalition Vote your party or the proposing party must leave the Government. This will lead to a new Cabinet being formed or possibly a general election.

IV. Each party in as well as out of Government may propose two 'Party Platform' bills in each election term. Party Platform bills may contain as many articles as one might want and shall not be considered as a Coalition Vote. It will therefor not force a governmental party to leave the Government nor will it result in a new election.

V. A budget bill is mandatory for whichever party controls the Ministry of Finance each time a new Cabinet is formed even if the proposals are identical to the current system.

VI. At least once every election term, each party must go to www.roll-dice-online.com and roll a 9-sided dice to select what type of news article (detailed in Article 5) that they should write about at http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=187 in the Baltusian Official News Agency. One may only write an article about the same topic twice in a row.

VII. (1) Good Economic Event (2) Bad Economic Event (3) Scandal/Illness/Death (for one of your politicians) (4) Natural/Man-made Disaster (5) Society/Pop Culture (6) Opinion/Interview (7) Justice/Crime (8) Politics/Protests (9) Health.

VIII. The leader of the largest political party outside of the current Government has the right to style themself as "Leader of the Opposition".

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
