Description[?]:

1. If the President dies in office or is otherwise rendered incapable of performing his or her duties then Parliament shall elect an interim President until a new election can be called.
2. If both the Prime Minister and President are rendered incapable of performing their duties then the President shall be chosen by the Parliament from either within it or within the Military. The Prime Minister will be appointed as normal. This will continue until new elections can be called.
3. Elections must be held as soon as possible if either of these two situations arise.

MessageMr Speaker,
We support finding a solution to what happens upon the incapacity of the President. We prefer an interim President be elected by Congress while early election are held as soon as possible.
