| INTRODUCTION: Our legislation over Parliamentary Privilege says that: "Members of the national legislative body are exempted from any civil or criminal liability fot their speech or actions, but this immunity can be overruled by a vote in the nation's legislative body." The " Stealing World Cups" Bill proposed by the Darklight Pro-Life Communist Party had a strong speech made by Sarah Flores, we propose that her immunity must be overruled and the investigation of her political liability and hate speech. PROPOSALS: I - The Justice Department might violate her letters. II - The Parliament might ask the court for searching her property. III - She must not participate in any political activity until the investigations are finished. IV - The Inteligence Service might use its informations for investigating relations between Sarah Flores and the human trafficking. V - The parliament shall apologize with the Malivian Community. The investigation shall be leaded or enforced by the Prime Minister or the Minister of Justice |
