MessageThe current law does not give the state authority to intervene freely. It only ensure the vital needs for people when the market fails,

Yes i agree to some extent with FP here. A failed business such as a bank or a corporation where the sole purpose of the company is to make money - should not be subsidized with tax money. But for instance if a privately owned hospital or school faces bankruptcy the state should make sure to keep that vital service available for people in need of it.

The state must step in and provide for the people when the market fails to do so.
