Details

Submitted by[?]: Vorona Conservative Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 3783

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

I introduce the Conservative Budget of February 3783 to turn our deficit into a surplus and to get our spending under control. This budget gives us a 7,286 DNT surplus, and any negative aspects will only be mitigated as the value of the DNT rises relative to other currencies.

Rep. Jude Thorley
Minister of Finance

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.

Random quote: "The answer to global warming is in the abolition of private property and production for human need. A socialist world would place an enormous priority on alternative energy sources. This is what ecologically-minded socialists have been exploring for quite some time now." - Louis Proyect
