By the divine powers embodied in me by the heavens, We, Princess Ishida Mizuki of the Kasierhaus Ishida-Labsburg, of a line long disinherited by the enemies of the East, usurp the twin thrones of the United Imperial Crownlands of Hulstria and Gao-Soto. From this day onward, by the will of providence, this land is mine by right of coup d'etat and shall be inherited by my decedents. We do this in the sure knowledge that I and my dynasty possess the Mandate of Heaven. I declare that I am a Living Goddess, ancestor of the Sun Goddess. I declare the Hulstrian nation officially converted to Kamist-Daenism.

In the Name of the Mandate of Heaven, We declare a new era for this nation. Uniting the Crowns into one, We declare that the dual-monarchy is redundant. From now on, there is one Imperial line and all shall be it's subjects. All shall learn to obey in humility and respect the decrees of Heaven, and accept the divinity of Our sacred person.

Our divine will shall be embodied in a aggressive and proactive foreign policy, and a authoritarian and socialist domestic policy. We shall cleanse this nation of Septemberist political dogma, and fulfil our destiny to unite the continent. Our first priority is to reinvolve the Empire in the geopolitics of the region, to wage war upon enemies and to defend our dear friends. We call for the national liberation of the Kyo of Dankuk, we claim the throne of Sekowo land of Our Great Ancestor Yukio Ishida the Great. We call for a Mikokuzin-Dovani Union, to withstand the unwarranted incursions of the West into our sphere. We warn all Western nations that the Hulstrian nation is no longer a Western nation, but has become one with heritage of Gao-Soto. All that We cannot achieve by diplomacy will be achieved with blood and iron.

We call for all our subjects to be equal before Our person, that we may rule them justly and hold them in awe of Our genuine Divinity. It will not be tolerated that any capitalist or aristocratic element seek to usurp the authority vested by the heavens entirely in Our person. The nation shall be ruled in Our name by a class of Scholar-Gentlemen, selected meritocratically in Imperial Exams, and defended by a Warrior-Proletariat created via universal national service.

We declare that our subjects shall enjoy the full rights to democratic representation and freedom of speech within the confines of Our Divine Rule. We extend the gift of our benevolence to all races and faiths. We ban Western script, and declare that the Hulstrian language will henceforth be written in Rhaetan runes. To Our crowns, we add that of Istapali.

Upon the passage of this bill, the nation is renamed The "Dai Mikuni-Hulsterreich Teikoku"

On behalf the Kyo Nation, I would like to congratulate you all on your historic success in restoring the supremacy of the Kunihito over their homeland. Septembrism had long stood in the way of progress in Hulstria & Gao-Soto, and this also translated to an unfortunate diplomatic isolation of HGS from the other Gao-Showa nations of Dovani.

We look forward to strong relations with the renewed Kunihito Nation and also to a more prosperous Dovani.
