Description[?]:

1. The President of the Federation, the Prime Minister and certain members of the Federal Executive Council are ordered to begin a review of critical infrastructure as it pertains to them and develop a comprehensive strategy to protect it.
2. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is charged with identifying all foreign based pieces of critical infrastructure which are deemed essential to Zardic national and home security.
3. The Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation is charged with identifying all domestic critical infrastructure points and areas and creating a plan to protect them and ensure continual protection of these sites.
4. The Minister of Health and Social Services is charged with identifying the state and reliability of critical health infrastructure, and its resiliency and to create a plan to increase the protection of critical health infrastructure.
5. The Minister of the Environment and Tourism is charged with creating a plan to deal with environmental contamination and clean-up to augment the other plans to reduce vulnerability and post-disaster recovery efforts.
6. The Minister of Trade and Industry is charged with identifying the needs and vulnerabilities of the Zardic economy and creating a plan to address them as such.
7. The Minister of Finance is charged with planning and taking such steps as need to ensure that the national banking and financial system remains stable and secure and all critical points of infrastructure are protected.
8. The Critical Infrastructure Protection Commission is hereby established and shall consist of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of Defense, Minister of Justice, Minister of Infrastructure, Minister of Health and the Minister of Trade and will provide routine updates and reports to the President and Prime Minister and Congress about steps needed to be taken to protect critical infrastructure.
9. All reports from the FEC will be jointly submitted to the Prime Minister and the President for consolidation and final review before submission for review by Congress.
