MessageThere's no reason to involve the government in the funding of sports clubs and the leisure activities of its citizens. Abortion and drug abuse seem to be issues that ought to be addressed at the federal level, otherwise women desirous of abortions and junkies in search of the fix would relocate en masse from different parts of the country to communities permissive of their conduct, throwing demographics out of whack.
