| To end this conflict before it gets out of hand: Wheras civil war shall not be tolerated in Zardugal, Wheras militarizes should not be allowed to be organized outside of the government, All parties shall call their armed factions to stand down All party figures shall be pardoned for any war crimes they may have committed No arrests shall be made of combatants who haven't committed crimes against humanity and those who have shall be tried in a fully legal court with a jury All parties must disband their armed factions and/or paramilitary groups |
