Message | Norbert Bismarck Prime Minister I personally do not understand why we want to bring back the tyranny of presidentially appointed cabinets. They lead to corruption and political deadlock. We will vote no. We also share the Good Folk's skepticism on the ability of the person currently in office. |

Message | Mr Speaker, Ideally, the Head of State (as you might have noticed, we do not like the term 'president') should be a responsible person representing the majority bloc in the legislature and make sure that all these are properly represented in the cabinet. Otherwise, the Head of State is frankly quite useless as an office and might as well be merged with the Head of Government. However, as the current Head of State wasn't elected in such a proper way and we have doubts about his competence, we will not transfer these powers to him. We have discussed this among ourselves and will vote no to show our disapproval. Thurs, this bill will not pass. Tristan Sailor MP (WD) Tanist of the Werin Da |

Message | Mr.Speaker, I was elected in a fair election. The people has spoken. As head of state,it is my job to govern for the people, and that means I have to work with everyone to ensure that Aloria is working well.I agree with my opposition that Hosnians should have more say in the government, but I disagree in making in a totalitarian Hosnian state.I am willing to work with everyone,so I expect the same. |
