Description[?]:
OOC: The official language of Mikuni-Harusutoria is Hulstro-Mikun, a fiction language "created" especially for it. Hulstro-Mikun is best described as "German-Japanised". There is no Hulstro-Mikun dictionary or translators as such, but rather Hulstro-Mikun words are generated by running German through a series of online text converters and translators. So, first step is a German word or sentence, if you don't know German simplest way is to use a online dictionary or Google Translate: 1) Kaiser. I run it through the English to katakana converter (http://www.sljfaq.org/cgi/e2k.cgi) and it becomes this. 2) カイザー Now, take your new katakana word and copy and paste it in google translate (https://translate.google.com), with the first language set to Japanese. The Latin text will be displayed underneath the translation box, and by clicking on the "Listen" button you can hear the word read aloud in the correct accent. Copy and paste Latin alphabet version, and you have your Hulstro-Mikun word. 3) Kaizā. Thus, Kaiser has become Kaizā Thus "Nationalsozialistische" becomes "Natexianarusojiarisutexisuku" and so forth. |

Message | To make typing it simpler, you could not use the lines above the letters. |

Message | I had an idea: Both German and Japanese seem very formal in terms of appending honorifics and titles to somebody's name. In formal German, "doctor" would become "Herr Doktor", for example. I thought maybe we can merge those titles with the Japanese honorific system of postnominals by simply putting the title/'honorific from German after the name. So somebody with surname Witte would be: Herr Witte -> Witte-Heru (or Witte-Hearu, don't know for sure) Frau Witte -> Witte-Furā With composite titles, we could even fudge it a little to append multiple honorifics, like in the German "Herr Doktor". One problem is that this also happens with political titles as "Abgeordnete" and "Bürgermeister", which might be rendered ridiculously long, so that's still an issue to resolve. But as an example: Herr Doktor Witte -> Witte-Heru-Dokuto Herr Professor Witte -> Witte-Heru-Burofessho |

Message | That actually sounds awesome, and I wouldn't mind adding a long list of honorifics to my character names. |

Message | ****NB: Note to All Players**** Please note as of January 1, 4300 the Hulstro-Mikun language was actually banned in the country, in both verbal and written forms, as part of the laws enacted by the Dundorfian supremacist government that held power. However, I will leave this here for a time when/if the use of the language is legalised again. |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
