MessageWe support this because if there are no laws regarding domesticated animals, the government will not know the animal population. This is important to know with regards to planning and animal control. Also, if animals are not registered with the local government it will be impossible to insure that all domestic animals receive proper vaccinations. If the proper vaccinations are not received, it could be very damaging to the animals health, and furthermore could be very damaging to the general people's health should anyone be bitten by an infected animal.
