Bill: Euthanasia Court Order
Details
Submitted by[?]: Conservative Party of Beluzia
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 3799
Description[?]:
As much as we believe Euthanasia should be legal, we feel it should only be legal through a court order in conjunction with the patient and also their doctor of they wish. This way we take more care with the making of the decision to let someone end their own life and makes sure the process goes through several stages of scrutiny and evaluation from several different people before the final decision is made. This bill would still be considered acceptable under the international 'Euthanasia Acceptance Treaty' which we are obligated to following. |
