| Mrs. Sessei To create oil rigs in the Deltaria Nova's waters for purposes of Sekowo. Mr. Da introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and in addition to the Natural Resources Committee, Energy and Commerce for a period to be subsequently determined by the Sessei, in each case for onside ration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned A Bill To create oil rigs in the Deltaris Nova's Waters for the purpose of Sekowo Section I. Short Title This Act may be cited as 'Creation of Oil Rigs in Deltaria Noba's Waters' Section II. Creation of Oil Rigs The nation of Deltaria Nova, former name, Vorona, has oil rigs that were destroyed in the Vorona-Zardugal War. Sekowo has been given permission by the President during the war and after. The Kokkai shall give the Ministry of Trade and Industry permission to build 5 oil rigs that will be used to boost the Trade which will boost the economy. The Sekowan Steel Industry shall give steel to the oil refineries so the stuff that is needed will and shall be built on the water. The oil rigs shall not exceed 5 acres of water long and 6 acres wide. Section III. Funding of the Oil Rigs To fund the project, the Kokkai will give the Trade and Industry Ministry 5 Billion SEK and the rest will be funded by the Ministry. A member from the Kokkai's Natural Resource Committee shall supervise the project and a member from the Finance Ministry shall supervise the money being spent. Section IV. Military Involvement Since we are building in another nation's water, military personnel will be required. The President shall release 1 Corvette, 1 Destroyer, 2 Patrol Boats, and 500- 1000 Navy Troops for protection of the construction workers. A military wager base shall also be deported with the troops. The military personnel shall stay there at military water bases but at the oil rigs. Section V. Housing While the construction workers are at the oil rigs building, there shall be a housing section built that shall house 10,000 employees and 500 construction workers. This shall be funded by the Sekowan Treasury. Section VI. Conclusion The oil rigs construction shall begin at the signing of this bill. |
