| As we reserve the right to develop Nuclear Arms, we feel that we should be able to develop and purchase Chemical and Biological weapons if we desire to. However, for those who are concerned about the well being of human life, we already have a policy that states we will only use chemical/biological weapons on non-civilian areas. |
