MessageWhile the PN supports the Theognosian Church because majority of Rildanorians, over 90%, are Theognosians. It is up to the authority of the Church to apprehend their members if they commit blasphemy.

MessageSorry for the use of apprehend. What the PN means is that the Church may punish blasphemers according to their rules i.e. suspension, excommunication but any punishment in conflict with the laws of the land is acceptable.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.

Random quote: "The only people who would be hurt by abandoning the Kyoto Protocol would be several thousand people who make a living attending conferences on global warming." - Kirill Kondratyev
