PREAMBLE: This bill has the objective of adopting a religious Yeudish state and strengthen our cultural and religious identity. OFFICIAL RELIGION Article I - The official religion of the United Beiteynian Republic shall be Orthodox Yeudism. Article II - All citizens must attend to Orthodox temples when required by local Rabbinates or make financial donations to be determined by the local Rabi. Article III - Trangressions of the Article II shall be considered Public Blasphemy and must be punished by justice. PRAYER IN SCHOOLS Article I - Prayer in schools shall be based in the interpretations of the Katub by the local Orthodox Rabbinate. Article II - Prayer of other religions are hereby forbidden. Article III - Transgressions of those articles shall be considered blasphemy and be punished by justice. RELIGIOUS CLOTHING Article I - All individuals in national territory must dress according Orthodox Yeudism's precepts, be it in private or public space. Article II - Transgressions are considered blasphemy and shall be punished by justice. |
