Mr Speaker

The Finance Department has made extra funds available for our military to pay for;
1/ The mobilization of the country
2/ To purchase new military materials to defend our nation
3/ To build extra defensive structure alongside our border with Vanuku

This is an emergency budget for ONLY 1 year. Further, we have calculated that after the purchases of new materials, spare parts, new defensive buildings and other classified defensive measures would cost an extra of minimum 10 billion ZAR annually.

This would bring our budget of 3805 in to a deficit of 73,965,557,122 billion ZAR or 2.15% of the total GDP.
Our overall total Public debt at 1 January 3806 shall be: 204,544,354,894 or 5.94% of the total GDP.
