This bill would make the highway system both federal and local, allowing it to be managed better. It also allows the market to work with regards to renewable mandates instead of being driven by government mandate. It devolves payment policy for public transportation to local government who, based on the demographics of their communities, can determine who pays for what in order that all Telamonians can have access to transport.
