| Mr. Speaker, We would like to call up every able body man between the ages of 18 and 30 years for conscription. A total of 1.2 million persons will be conscripted. The total amount of the army would be: 495,000 Well trained professionals. 955.000 called up reserves. 1.2 million conscripts. Several 'Home Defense Groups' or 'Civil Guards' have been established in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior for a total of 45.000. |
