TERM LIMITS: 1 No Presidency shall exceed 12 Calendar years in office 2 If complying with article 1 means calling an early election or resigning in the middle of a legislative session (for the purpose of this amendment a legislative session is to be defined as the time period between two elections), the president has the option of remaining in the office until the next election occurs |
