| Official Name: EO-XIV-197.2 President: Karen Wellington Date: March 28, 3808 ------------------------------------------------- By powers granted to President via the Executive Order Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=359058), I, President Karen Wellington, do hereby enact the following Orders, to make the Healthcare system more efficient: Article I. - Care Classification Program (CCP) I. Upon a patients arrival to a hospital they will be assessed on who dire their situation is. They will be grouped into either Immediate or Not Immediate. - More doctors will be on staff in the immediate ward. - If doctors are available in either ward they will be brought to help in the ward opposite. Article II. - Doctor & Nurse Encouragement Program (DNEP) I. The Government of Rutania in accordance with local governments, will begin by giving up to 30% off tuition for students studying to be a doctor career and up to 10% for students studying to be a nurse. - The funding for this program will come from the Health & Social Services budget which still has a major spending gap in it. Article III. - Coverage Program (CP) I. An additional amount of beds will be added to each hospital to ensure optimal efficiency. - Hospitals will receive the additional amount of beds depending on how many people on average are using beds in the hospital. - Additional equipment will also be bought to ensure optimal efficeny.
