MessageMr. Speaker,

We will not support this bill which could have serious implications during dire situations. We invite members, and even the New Rutania Party, to note and look at the word "Vital". The word has several definitions, which include, "source of life", also defined as "necessary to the existence, continuance, or well-being of something; indispensable; essential:" and finally, "affecting the existence". If this is a government work that is necessary to existence, and a situation that is life and death, we will support the need to seize private property, but of course, only in those situations.

Candidate for Head of Government,
Peter Titus (MRP)

MessageMr. Speaker,

We do support and avocate for Federalism and higher localization on many issues since we see the Rutanian government as overly big, though we cannot support a bill that would clearly strip away the rights of all Rutanians.

Prime Minister
