MessageThe naming of this bill is a bit strange. That said, we do support this bill measure. Some sort of identification/passport should be required for people traveling outside of the country and wishing to return. But beyond that we do not favor Universal ID cards.

Though we would be alright with a purely voluntary ID card system for those who do wish to get one. Though we do see how this too could be abused by causing problems for those who opt out of it. As a result we believe this bill is the best reform possible.
