Message | "Our party is pro-life, generally, but localizing the issue is more sensible. Perhaps some areas want to give the option of abortion if the birth will kill the mother. Some areas may even want it for rape. We believe abortion is murder, but it's up to local governments to decide penalties and stipulations for it.
