Bill: Localization of Religious Tax Laws
Details
Submitted by[?]: Federal Green Party (FGP)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 3814
Description[?]:
The purpose of this bill is to continue to not impose any national taxes on any religious communities in Solentia. But since we have seen this issue rise in controversy recently, we propose to leave it up to local governments if they wish to impose any taxes. More specifically, this would allow a local government to charge property taxes on a church. It would also allow local governments to decide whether such a tax should apply to all religions, recognized religions, or no religions at all. |
Proposals
Article 1
