Message | Mr. Speaker, The FLC agrees with article one of this proposal. However, we do not believe that everyone should be allowed to permanently reside in the nation. Lodamun is a nation of immigrants, and remains an attractive destination for those seeking a better life. My own husband and his family came from Lourenne to chase their dreams in Lodamun. Immigrants are important to this nation, and have been historically. However, allowing anyone to reside in the nation permanently will cause nothing but chaos. As soon as any nation in our world becomes plagued with war or oppression, we will see an influx which we cannot accommodate. We believe that immigration should be based on qualifications. If someone with a clean criminal record, and a useful skill or someone seeking a quality education wishes to reside in this nation, we should make every accommodation to give them the opportunity they deserve, along with their families, of course. Of course, we believe refugee situations are different. In the event of war and oppression, we must do our part to save as many lives as we possibly can, and ensure those who come to our shores a good standard of living and equality of opportunity. Lodamun is a great nation, where citizens are afforded rights, freedoms, and opportunities unmatched in all of Terra. We do not believe allowing everyone to permanently reside in the nation does justice to those who have struggled to make it what it is. Sophie Jones-LaForge Minister of Foreign Affairs |

Message | Mr. Speaker. Agree with you both their. Once view the bigger picture. Thats why we like to debate. To receive everyones views and maybe shed on something that might have missed or not thought about. Democratic way. Unlike the opposition who would have tried to slide this through the presidium as quick as possible to avoid all M.Ps seeing it. Raven Valentinn Minister of Internal Affairs |
