SEC I. This bill gives all foreign investors Ninety (90) days to report to the government all holdings in Solentian companies. All new investors will henceforward be required to gain approval for all transactions. Failure to report will result in fines and/or prosecution and seizure and nationalization of assets. SEC II. This bill grants the national government the authority to freeze and/or seize assets including stocks, bonds, banking accounts, or any form of tangible asset or property should the Ministry of Justice suspect any form of felonious crime. |
