III Article 3 amends earlier legislation granting child welfare to low-income families to include large families 1) This will encourage and enable qualified applicants to adopt several children. A large family will be defined as a minimum of Five (5) children or more living in the same household. Message | "I know that many of the other more 'civilized' parties are going to hate this bill. We don't see it as that bad. No, we aren't going to accept it. Regulation of adoption will just encourage abortion. The thing is that these policies might be good for the children. Article 1 isn't awful because it's proven that heterosexuals give children a more effective development. I wouldn't force this issue on the national government. So we'd leave article 1 to local governments. Article 2 is perfectly left to local governments. Article 3 should be left to local governments. Therefore, this bill had good intentions, but we consider adoption a local issue." ~Ted Johnson, Head Chairman of the LPS |
