Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

We propose a new budget for the years 3816-3820.

With peace in sight and foreign forces defeated on Zardic soil we will decrease spending drastically on military with a 130 billion ZAR in total. Although we are fully aware that Zardugal should remain a military powerhouse on Majatra.
Internal Affairs shall have a budget cut of 19 billion ZAR. Many agencies who where established for the war shall be closed down.
Infrastructure and Transport shall have an increase of 10 billion ZAR. With great construction works coming up to rebuild Endiraho we will have high maintenance costs on machinery, personnel and other construction related costs.
Science and Technology shall have a significant increase by 7 billion ZAR. To give this cabinet the power to boost innovation and to make Endiraho a Technology hub for the region.
Environment and Tourism gets 11 billion extra to promote tourism and environmental clean up.
Trade and Industry shall have a boost of 8 billion ZAR to help Endiraho to regain their industry.

With drastic spending cuts and laying of hundreds of thousands of military men we expect a harsh decrease of our GDP, on top of that we shall have to loan up to 1.5 - 2 trillion ZAR to rebuild Endiraho and other crucial infrastructures throughout the country.

Here are the figures;

Expected GDP after budget get's past: 2,891,156,209,336 ZAR

Current Public Debt 1 January 3815: 945,660,519,486 ZAR
Current Public Debt %/GDP 1 January 3815: 31.51% - Calculated on old GDP figures of 3815 -

Expected Deficit after adaptation Deficit (-)/ Surplus (+) Fiscal Year: + 38,086,871,643 ZAR
Expected Deficit after adaptation Deficit (-)/ Surplus (+) Fiscal Year %/GDP: + 1.31% - Calculated on expected GDP after adoption -

Expected Public Debt 1 January 3817: 907,573,647,843 ZAR - without interest payment on expected debt!!!!!!! -
Expected Public Debt %/GDP 1 January 3817: 31.40% - Calculated on expected GDP after adoption -

Expected Credit Rating: AA-
Expected Outlook: Negative
Expected Average Interest Rate on Debt of 3816: 4.01%

Expected Interests Payment on 3816 Budget Deficit: 36,393,703,279 ZAR
Expected Interest Rate on 3816 Budget Deficit: 4.01%

Expected Public Debt 1 January 3817 with Average Interest Rate: 943,967,351,122 ZAR
Expected Public Debt %/GDP 1 January 3817 with Average Interest Rate: 32.65% - Calculated on expected GDP after adoption -

We would like to open up a debate about loaning money on the international markets of 1.5-2 trillion ZAR to rebuild Endiraho. With this massive loan and sharp increase in debt could possibly bankrupt our nation due high speculations on our government bonds.
