MessageWhat justification is there to have all housing owned and maintained by the state? If I own a home right now what happens to me after this bill is passed? All of a sudden my home would be stolen from me? How does that make any sense?

Not to mention that individual ownership leads to much better stewardship of property. If I own a house you better believe I will take great care of it. But if it can be taken away from me at any time? Why would I take good care of it? This is basic human nature. Right?

As far as trains, why not have both? If private companies wish to operate then they should be free to do so. How would this harm anyone if they have more options? Oh no I have too many trains to choose from? How would that be a bad thing?

Message"Listen, the SDP is brilliant on social issues. On the economy, they are caring but uninformed. From what we've seen, the SDP generally cares about the Solentian population unlike other socialist leaning parties like the Unionists. We obviously won't accept this, though."

Message"The Unionists will take no lectures on caring about the Solentian people after a thousand years of sociial reforms from the Party who want to sell our children's schools, plunge disabled people out of their homes and had to be "convinced" to support rights for children with learning difficulties."

Astryd Goldsea, Unionist Leader
