I Article 1 grants the Ministry of Justice legal jurisdiction to establish an office to investigate and prosecute cases of criminal distribution of illegal or protected material on the Internet to include; 1) Child pornography, 2) Any copyrighted or protected material, 3) Any other material published on the Internet whereby (i) the act of sharing the material or (ii) the material itself is illegal under the laws of the Republic, (iii) or both. |
