MessageAre there *any* conditions under which the parties which opposed the C.R.A. will support an amended version?

We have little hope that the Conservatives, Nationalists or Cultists will change their minds (though we would like to hear it, and are all for making a deal...) but we are especially hopeful that the Rutania Social Democrat Party can be negotiated with...

MessageThe only acceptable solution to us is that religious organisations are treated in the same manner as non-religious organisation. Charitable donations to non-religious organisations (no matter what kind of organisation it is) are not taxed, so neither should charitable donations to religious organisations.

Messagewould a clause reaffirming that religious charities will be treated in the same way as secular charities do the trick?

MessageOOC: No... the hardcoded option remains the same, but I'd make it explicit that tax breaks exist for religious *charities* but not for churches themselves.
