Description[?]:
Anarchy has raged across the Republic and it is time to restore the people's faith that the State can establish justice and order. We propose proper punishment for those who have committed heinous acts, we propose it be directly seen as a warning to all others who praise anarchy, and we propose to re-institute judicial corporal punishment to discourage recidivism and a tool to punish the more unsavory criminal element. SEC. I Article 1 applies the option of the death penalty in cases where a capital crime was committed. The methods approved are; i) guillotine, ii) firing squad SEC. II Article 2 allows national and local courts the authority to issue sentences of flogging exclusively or in addition to other forms of punishment, at the discretion of the court. SEC. III Article 3 orders all executions: i) be conducted in areas to facilitate public viewing to a reasonable amount of interested citizens, -and- ii) be available for viewing on at least one (1) publicly-funded or government-owned television station for each broadcast region at a designated time after 23:00. |

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that. |
