http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=432077

"Only accept this bill if the previous budget cut is accepted by you as well. This aligns with the ROS plan of raising the minimum bracket. This bill also cuts taxes for most people. It removes more than half our surplus, and it gives it to lower class. If the budget bill isn't accepted, this bill will send us into a deficit."

~William Paul, Minister of Finance

MessageThis looks like a great proposal! Someone making 18000 SOL a year would pay nothing for Income Taxes. Sounds like a great idea and a way to put money in the pockets of those who need it most!

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "It will be years, not in my time, before a woman will become Prime Minister." - Margaret Thatcher
